Junk Removal Laborers/Drivers

$15 – $21.50+ per hour – On-Call => Part-time => Full-time

Clutch Junk Removal is seeking reliable Junk Removal Laborers/Drivers to join our team. This role involves loading trailers/trucks with miscellaneous junk from residential and commercial properties, with light driving duties (~10% of the time).

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers/trucks with junk from various locations.
• Assist with cleanup and organization of job sites.
• Drive easy routes to the landfill or scrapyard (~10% of the time).

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
• Must be willing to do a video interview

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving trailers is ideal but not required.
• We’re looking for local workers near us (Hollins Market, Baltimore, MD).
• Experience in junk removal or a similar labor-intensive job.
• Experience using hand tools
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
