1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

We offer junk removal, hauling, demolition, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at Our discretion.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Jobs are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone, email, or booking system.
  • We may reschedule services due to weather, site access issues, or equipment delays.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on volume, labor, disposal fees, and complexity.
  • Final price may differ from estimates if scope or material changes on-site.
  • Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted forms: Cash, Credit/Debit, or approved digital payment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the job site and disclose any hazards.
  • Remove or secure valuables before work begins.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by preexisting conditions or unreported site hazards.

6. Prohibited Items

  • We do not accept: hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, biological waste, or anything restricted by local, state, or federal law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse collection of any item at our discretion.

7. Property Damage Waiver

While care is taken to prevent damage, the Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, underground systems, or other property due to weight or debris unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Photos & Marketing

We may take photos of job sites for documentation and marketing. No personal identifiers will be published without explicit consent.

9. Reviews & Feedback

By submitting reviews or feedback, You grant Us permission to use them for marketing, including online platforms, print materials, and promotional content.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, graphics, and images are the property of Clutch Junk Removal LLC and may not be used without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clutch Junk Removal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from service use.
